Gail Green Interiors (GGI) respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how GGI will collect, use and safeguard any personal information you provide. We will collect and use information only in the ways disclosed in this statement. All client information provided in connection with a GGI eDesignTM Questionnaire is governed by GGI’s Terms and Conditions (terms).

We respect the privacy of all users, and consider all data that is collected to be private. Your information is used strictly for internal purposes, and GGI will not distribute or sell your information to a 3rd party, except as disclosed in this statement.

Security

GGI has implemented processes intended to protect user information and maintain security of data as outlined in the “Data Security & Management Practices for GGI eDesignTM Questionnaires” section of the terms.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are comfortable with the information that you provide to GGI, including, reviewing and cleansing all data (e.g., form responses, photos, documents, etc.) of any personal information or other that you do not wish to share. GGI recommends reviewing photos for anything you are not comfortable making publicly available, and omitting as appropriate.

GGI has attempted to protect GGI’s website through installing 256-bit GeoTrust SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. In addition, each GGI eDesignTM Questionnaire has an additional layer of SSL through Formstack, LLC, an independent 3rd party data management provider. Further, all financial or payment data (e.g., billing information, credit card numbers, banking info, etc.) is managed solely by PayPal, a trusted leader in digital payments processing, and we strongly recommend that you review the PayPal terms of use and privacy policy before using their services. GGI has implemented a 3-Part Division of Information as described in the terms. GGI has implemented additional measures for securing the storage of Client information as described in the terms.

These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data, but no guarantee can be made that your information and data will be secure from intrusions and unauthorized release to 3rd parties.

In the event that GGI, or any operation thereunder, is transferred or sold, we reserve the right to transfer your personal information to the entity or entities that have taken control of or purchased GGI. If that happens, the new entity or entities will adhere to a privacy policy that is at least as stringent as this policy.
